Delivery Areas and Charges:
Klang Valley area
Delivery to Klang Valley area is Free of Charge. We will deliver your purchase within 1-7 working days.
Outstation ( Out of Klang Valley Area – RM60 Transportation Fees)
Delivery to out of Klang Valley area is considered as Outstation and will charge RM60 Transportation Fees Per Trip. As the point of origin for our Warehouse is located in Selangor, we utilize our own company-operated lorries to perform the deliveries, not through JNT, ShopeeXpress, Poslaju, DHL, Citylink and etc. Our company guarantees the delivery of your purchase within a timeframe of 7 to 14 working days.
Outstation (Langkawi, Genting Highland, Cameron Highland, Fraser Hill – RM200 Transportation Fees | Min 3pcs Mattress per Trip)
Delivery to Langkawi, Genting Highland, Cameron Highland, Fraser Hill will charge of RM200 Transportation Fees Per Trip. A minimum purchase of 3 pieces of Mattress is required. Our company guarantees the delivery of your purchase within a timeframe of 7 to 14 working days.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak – RM300 Transportation Fees)
Delivery to East Malaysia will charge of RM300 Transportation Fees for each bed set/mattress. As the point of origin for our Warehouse is located in West Malaysia, Selangor, we utilize our own company-operated lorries to perform the deliveries, not through JNT, ShopeeXpress, Ninjavan, DHL, Citylink and etc. Our company guarantees the delivery of your purchase within a timeframe of 1 – 2 Months.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Delay due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product, and we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible. In the event of a delay caused by us, we will do our best to re-arrange and keep you informed.
Once your order has been placed. Our delivery team will contact you one day before delivery to confirm the delivery time and ensure that someone is available to receive the Goods. Our Delivery Team Will Unload and Assemble the product(s) for you, if required.
Please ensure that the area is clear and accessible for them to do so. If you are not available to receive the shipment on the agreed-upon delivery date, a re-delivery charge will be imposed.
Returns and Exchanges (Kindly refer to Return & Refund Policy for more details)
Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. If there are any defects or damages, please inform our delivery team immediately.
